Let’s all take on a challenge! We all know of the importance of fitness, but it’s only natural that the daily consistency can eventually become boring and/or repetitive.
The purpose of “challenges” is to introduce a break in your normal routine and introduce a catalyst to inspire and excite you again. Today, we’d like to announce our 21-Day Lower Body and Core Challenge! The details can be found in our Youtube video below, so be sure to check that out! If you feel motivated and don’t need the push, then use this challenge to complement and improve upon your current fitness or race training.
Post your progress on any of the Run Local Social Media pages, to help motivate others. Invite your family and friends into this supportive community and let this challenge continue making you stronger and healthier in 2021.
This lower body and core challenge is also a great compliment to all those training for the Run Local California Challenge.
This challenge starts April 1st, 2021.
