Refunds 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Run Local Shop purchase, we will refund your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date as long as the item shows no signs of damage or spoiling. Reach out to info@runlocalevents.com to begin the refund process and to receive a refund label to ship the item(s) back to our office. 

Returns 

We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date. The item must be in good condition, with no signs of damage or spoiling. Reach out to info@runlocalevents.com to begin the returns process and to receive a return label to ship your item(s) back to our offices.

Shipments & Deliveries  

We ship globally and can accommodate your shipping needs through First-Class, Priority & Express mailing services offered by USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex.
